ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America age 18 or older, and is void where prohibited by law. Staff of Dagogo, Bowers & Wilkins, and their affiliates and immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest.

RULES AND CONDITIONS:

Participation is free to readers of Dagogo. To participate, a Dagogo reader will only need to provide the correct answer to the specific question following instructions as outlined above.

One entry per person per email and shipping address. All email answers must include the participant’s full name and email address. The duration of the contest is from 12:01am August 22nd, 2008 to 11:59pm September 30th, 2008 (Pacific Standard Time). The Winners will be announced in this page and identified by name on September 16th, 2008.

In the event of a contest, should answer information or winner information contained in the reader's email submission be unclear, Dagogo reserves the right to disqualify the entry. No other forms of entry are accepted. Dagogo reserves the right to disqualify any entries it deems as spam or not 100% related to the contest. Participants agree to abide by these rules.

Participation constitutes authorization for Dagogo to include the participant’s name in a mailing list for lawful, Dagogo-related promotional notifications without additional compensation. Information of participants will not be given or sold to any other company/individual.

Dagogo reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest’s rules at any time. Participants agrees to abide by the final decision of Dagogo on winner selection. Participants hereby release Dagogo from any claim, damage, injury or loss from their acceptance and possession of prizes awarded from this contest.
